5.3.10 Electronic Journal Article
For electronic journal articles, include a DOI when one is available. If no DOI is available, include a URL or the name of the database. Any URL should lead as directly as possible to the article itself rather than to a general journal, publisher, or database page. A DOI and URL may both be included when doing so helps readers locate the source. See §5.1.6: Electronic Source Information.
