5.4.4 Text Editions Published Online with No Print Counterpart
When citing an original online edition of a primary text, rather than an electronic version of a previously printed edition, include a DOI or URL so readers can identify the exact electronic resource used. A DOI is preferred when available; otherwise, give a stable URL that leads directly to the text.
