5.1.4.3 Translating Foreign-Language Publication Location

For foreign-language publications, translate publication details into English when preparing notes and bibliographies. This includes the place of publication as well as terms identifying editors, translators, compilers, editions, and volumes. If the author has not translated these details, the copyeditor should either supply the English form or query the editor when uncertain.
