1.2 Submitting a Manuscript
Submit every part of the manuscript in electronic form, including the main text, notes, bibliography, tables, appendices, images, captions, and any supporting material requested by the editor. Printed copies are generally no longer necessary for production purposes.
Authors should also provide a PDF that matches the submitted electronic files exactly. The editable files allow the manuscript to be reviewed, edited, and prepared for publication; the PDF serves as a stable reference showing how the author intended the material to appear. This is especially important when the manuscript includes unusual spacing, tables, symbols, non-Latin alphabets, ritual formatting, diagrams, or occult scripts that may shift during file transfer.
