1.2.2 Artwork and Illustrations
Authors are responsible for supplying all artwork, drawings, diagrams, photographs, charts, ritual layouts, sigils, and other illustrative material required for the work. Whenever possible, provide original files or the highest-quality versions available, suitable for reproduction in print or digital form. Publishers may have specific requirements for image resolution, file type, dimensions, captions, and placement, so authors should consult those guidelines before submission. Authors are also responsible for securing any necessary permissions for images or other visual material. See §1.1.5 Permissions & Fair Use for more information about permission.
Editors may choose to obtain, provide, or commission artwork for work rather than require authors provide artwork for their submissions.
